iSYTLEUP is a service of iSTYLEUP Limited (“iSTYLEUP”/ “Website”) provided solely for customers’ personal use for the purchase of clothing, accessories and other items ("Items"). Access to and use of this Website and the products and services available through this Website are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices.
iSTYLEUP has taken great care to ensure that the Items on the Website are presented as accurately as possible. However, colour clarity will depend upon customers’ own personal screen and iSTYLEUP therefore cannot guarantee that the colour of the actual Item is absolutely accurate. Customers should read through these Terms before placing an order or browsing the Website.
To be eligible to purchase Items on this Website customers must:
- be the holder of a valid debit/credit card.
- warrant that the personal information, which customers are required to provide when placing an order is true, accurate and current in all respects.
Customers agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that the customer is not authorized to use. By using this Website customers agree to comply with, and be bound by, these Terms. iSTYLEUP may from time to time change these Terms at its sole discretion. By using this Website after any such change(s), customers agree to comply with, and be bound by, the Terms as changed.
Making A Purchase
When a customer orders an Item from iSTYLEUP the customer is offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms. The customer will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of instructions on the Website. The customer places an order for Items from the Website by completing the online order process. Once a customer has placed an order, they will receive an email from iSTYLEUP, acknowledging the exact details of the order.
Unless iSTYLEUP notifies the customer that their order has not been accepted, or the customer has cancelled their order in accordance with the Exchange and Return Policy set out below, iSTYLEUP’s acceptance of the customer’s order and the completion of the contract between the customer and iSTYLEUP will take place when the customer receives an email from iSTYLEUP confirming the Items they have ordered.
iSTYLEUP’s acceptance of the customer’s order will be deemed complete and received by the customer at the time and date of sending of the email, which time and date is specified on the email. The deemed time and date of receipt by the customer shall apply regardless of whether, for reasons outside iSTYLEUP’s control, the customer has not received that email.
iSTYLEUP may not accept a customer’s order if:
- an item the customer has ordered is out of stock,
- iSTYLEUP is unable to obtain authorization for the customer’s payment or,
- if iSTYLEUP identifies a product or pricing error. iSTYLEUP reserves the right to reject any offer to purchase by a customer at any time and at the sole discretion of iSTYLEUP.
If iSTYLEUP is unable to fulfil a customer’s order following iSTYLEUP’s order acknowledgement, iSTYLEUP will contact the customer by email or telephone advising them of this. See the Exchange and Return Policy set out below. iSTYLEUP will try to keep its Website as up to date as reasonably possible but cannot guarantee that any particular Item will always be available. If iSTYLEUP can't supply any Item it will release the funds being held in the customer’s account for the purchase.
All listed prices indicated for Items for which designers use iSTYLEUP as a transaction platform are inclusive of the respective taxes of the country the designer is based in, however only if the designer is VAT registered. For the avoidance of doubt, all listed prices exclude any shipping costs and applicable taxes, custom duties, and any other additional and applicable costs during the delivery and in the country that the customer is based in.
Payment can be made using all major credit and debit cards via PayPal. The customer confirms that the credit/debit card that is being used is their own or that they have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of the customer’s payment card refuses to authorize payment to iSTYLEUP, iSTYLEUP will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
iSTYLEUP takes all reasonable care to make its Website secure. iSTYLEUP does not store customers’ credit card details on its systems, however all other details will be fully encrypted and only used to process the order which the customer has initiated.
Furthermore, iSTYLEUP will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in its power to do so, to keep the details of customers’ orders and payments secure, but in the absence of negligence on iSTYLEUP’s part, iSTYLEUP cannot be held liable for any loss the customer may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data the customer provides when accessing or ordering from the Site.
The customer’s credit card company may undertake an additional security check to confirm it is the customer making the order. iSTYLEUP or its designers will retain the legal ownership of the Items until full payment has been made by the customer, and such payment has been received by iSTYLEUP. Legal ownership of the Items will immediately revert to iSTYLEUP or its designers if it refunds any such payment to the customer or it ships any exchanged item to the customer. Risk in the Items will pass to the customer on delivery to them.
iSTYLEUP and its designers aim to deliver the customer’s chosen items to the place and person of their choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. Designers selling directly from their locations provide delivery methods that are subject to a thorough quality control process by iSTYLEUP in order to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Please order from iSTYLEUP with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time, as iSTYLEUP cannot be responsible for this. Delivery time for Items in stock is normally between 2 and 15 working days depending on when the customer’s order is processed, and the location and shipping method the customer requires the order to be shipped to. For Cluster Buy Items delivery times can vary between 2-6 weeks from the Closing Date.
If the customer’s order cannot be delivered within the timeframe specified at the time the order is placed, iSTYLEUP will notify the customer and try to rectify the situation as quickly as is practically possible. All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.
Please note that iSTYLEUP and its designers aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. iSTYLEUP operates Monday to Friday and not on public holidays. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, iSTYLEUP and its designers are not responsible for any delays caused by any local customs clearance processes. If a customer has ordered several items at the same time, the products may be delivered at different times.

iSTYLEUP and its designers shall have no liability to the customer for any failure to deliver goods they have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Exchange and Refund Policy
iSTYLEUP puts customer satisfaction to its top priority. iSTYLEUP and its designers will accept items not worn, used or damaged for an exchange or refund as set out below.
Requesting an Exchange
No question will be asked for requesting an exchange from the same designer subject to the following conditions. An exchange of a purchased item must be within 7 calendar days of the Delivery Date. Item must be returned new, unused, and with all designer garment tags if application still attached. If the returned item is damaged, soiled or altered, an exchange may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at his or her own shipping cost.
Subject to respective policy of individual designers, some items purchased from Cluster Buy (i.e. preorder) cannot be exchanged and this condition will be clearly written in the respective product’s description.
Return Procedure for Exchange
Any item with designer packaging such as belts, authenticity cards, dust bags, plastic hanger and leather tags where provided should be included with the return. Returns that are missing these items may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer at his or her own shipping cost.
Except faulty items, customers shall bear any VAT, other applicable taxes, duties, shipping costs and any other additional and applicable costs for returning the exchanged item and getting the replacement. The exchanged item is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches the designer. For the customer’s own protection, iSTYLEUP recommends that the customer sends the parcel using a delivery service that insures the value of the goods.
The exchanged and the replacement item shall be from the same designer on the Website. The customer’s replacement item will be shipped to him or her as soon as the designer receives the exchanged item and any additional payment which is required. Subject to the agreement between the customer and the designer, the designer may offer shop credits instead for the customer so that he or she could shop other products from the designer.
All shoes must be tried on carpeted surface until the customer is certain he or she is keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer at his or her own shipping cost.
Lingeries, briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms cannot be tried and their packaging cannot be opened. Due to the hygiene reason, returns may not be accepted if the packaging has been opened or if items are suspected having been tried, and may be sent back to the customer at his or her shipping cost.
Requesting a Refund
Customer may request a refund of a faulty product within 7 calendar days of the delivery date under the condition that the product is classified as faulty if it is received damaged or it does not match the listings. Product that is damaged as a result of wear and tear after the customer uses it is not considered to be faulty.
Item of which the customer claims the color does not match the color as seen on the screen is not considered to be faulty as the clarity will depend upon the customer’s own personal screen and both iSTYLEUP and the designer cannot guarantee that the color of the actual product is absolutely accurate as shown on the screen.
The amount of refund shall be the transacted amount and the original shipping costs only. Any VAT, other applicable taxes, duties and any other additional and applicable costs will not be refunded.
Procedure for Refund
Refund items should be returned new, unused, and with all designer garment tags (if applicable) still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at his or her own shipping cost.
Customer shall send the photo proof and description of faulty to iSTYLEUP by email email@example.com for verification to request a refund. Upon iSTYLEUP's verification, iSTYLEUP shall notify the customer and the designer the result of verification. Once the claim is validated, the designer shall arrange the pickup for the faulty product at its own cost, and iSTYLEUP shall procure the refund within 7 calendar days after the designer receives the returned faulty product.
If you receive an item from iSTYLEUP as a gift, the same Exchange and Return Policy set out above applies.

All content available on the Website, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, button, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, and the compilation thereof (the "Content") is the property of ISTYLEUP, its designers, its partners or its licensors, and is protected by international copyright laws.

These terms and conditions, together with the current iSTYLEUP Website prices, delivery details and iSTYLEUP contact details, set out the whole of the agreement relating to the supply of the goods to customers by iSTYLEUP. These terms and conditions cannot be varied except in writing signed by a director of iSTYLEUP.
Customers’ use of this Website and any purchase by them of any Item from iSTYLEUP shall be governed by the law of Hong Kong and the customer hereto submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

Recipients of invitations from iSTYLEUP may contact iSTYLEUP to request the removal of their information from our database.
